Orange Park is strategically located approximately 10km southwest from the city of Plzeň and straddles the D5 motorway at the first junction (Exit 93) west of the Plzeň ring road. The D5 motorway creates a direct connection from Prague to German cities such as Nürnberg, Munich and others and represents one of the most important transportation corridors within the European context.

The total size of Orange Park is circa 200 ha and in the future it will offer the capacity up to 700,000 m2 of logistics and light manufacturing space.

The landscape is mostly flat with a slight gradient to the south Orange Park. Developing of Orange Park respects the existing landscape and incorporates extensive built-up volumes into the landscape in the most effective and natural way. The road alignments, retention ponds and soft landscaping are designed to minimize the environmental impact on local ecosystems and to create conditions as pleasant as possible.

The technical infrastructure of Orange Park including road systems will be constructed progressively and will be in line with individual future development phases at Orange Park.
